Herbs de Provence Marinated Olives

Bonjour!

One of the things I love most about living in France is how simple food can be… and still feel completely special.

This week’s recipe is one of those little gems:
Herbs de Provence Marinated Olives with Feta.

It takes just a few minutes to throw together, but the flavor? Absolutely addictive with some special ingredients tossed in… so good.

These are the kinds of recipes I love to share—no fuss, just real ingredients that come together in a way that makes you slow down, pour a glass of wine, and enjoy the moment. Whether you’re putting together a snack board, prepping for a picnic, or just need something to nibble on while you cook, this one’s a keeper.

Let me know if you give it a try—I always love hearing what you’re cooking.

Talk soon,
Scott
